CHEC has undertaken over 100 practice reveiws. Each review involves:

Preparation (scoping, information gathering)

A practice visit lasting either half or a full day conducted by a trained and experienced team

A review report (which can include a Practice Development Plan if required)
CHEC offers four types of practice diagnostics. The type chosen depends on the specific issues to be addressed. In addition, CHEC can tailor a review to specific local needs.
