CHEC is based at The Medical Centre, High Street, Collingham, Newark NG23 7LB
If approaching Collingham from the south on A1133, shortly after entering the village, you will come to a set of traffic lights. Go straight on, and the Medical Centre is approximately 100 yards past the lights on your right. The turning is just before the Post Office on your left, and there is a flag pole at the turning. When you turn right into the car park, you will see a Co-op on your left and the Medical Centre in front of you.
If approaching Collingham from the north on A1133, drive through the village ignoring all turnings, until you see traffic lights ahead of you. The the Medical Centre is approximately 100 yards before the lights on your left. The turning is just after the Post Office on your right, and there is a flag pole at the turning. When you turn right into the car park, you will see a Co-op on your left and the Medical Centre in front of you.
Enter the Medical Centre by the main doors. CHEC is through the double doors opposite you and up the stairs. There is a chair lift if needed.
