Course Evaluation
CHEC considers course evaluation an essential part of maintaining quality and delivering what clients want. The methods used are:
The evaluation sheets include questions regarding CHEC characteristics (e.g. booking, opportunity to participate, worth time invested) and each individual part of the course. Each response is made on a scale of 1-5 where 5 is excellent. Almost all CHEC's mean ratings are above 4.0, and most are above 4.5.
Practice Manager Masterclass 2010 at Belton Woods, Grantham on 10th & 11th June 2010
This was another excellent 2 day training event, which was enjoyed by the delegates, the trainers and the CHEC team. There was an overwhelming demand at the end for another one next June, at the same place. Comments from the delegates included:
Absolutely excellent as usual!

Networking extremely good again, as important as the speakers
