Course Evaluation
CHEC considers course evaluation an essential part of maintaining quality and delivering what clients want. The methods used are:
- an evaluation sheet collected from each person at the end of each course
- verbal feedback
The evaluation sheets include questions regarding CHEC characteristics (e.g. booking, opportunity to participate, worth time invested) and each individual part of the course. Each response is made on a scale of 1-5 where 5 is excellent. Almost all CHEC's mean ratings are above 4.0, and most are above 4.5.
Practice Manager Masterclass 2011 at Belton Woods, Grantham on 9th & 10th June 2011
This was another excellent 2 day training event, which was enjoyed by the delegates. There was an overwhelming demand at the end for another one next June, at the same place.
