CHEC offers an external facilitation service to ensure you make the most of your valuable away time.  We appreciate your away day is unique to your practice and that it is crucial that the time away is maximised to meet your key issues.  

To that end we offer a be-spoke service which will be designed to meet your needs but will include the following (if required):

• Providing support to the partnership in establishing a realistic agenda/terms of reference for the day
• Making suggestions as to format to ensure all team members views are incorporated
• Eliciting views from team members in advance of the day (anonymously if required) and ensuring these are aired generically
• Chairing the day to ensure the terms of reference are met
• Writing a clear practice professional development plan
